Rental yield and return, before we speak.

Enter the purchase price and what the home would rent for. The calculator adds the 4% Dubai Land Department fee, agency commission and your other costs, then shows the net return on the capital you actually invest.

Why 4%?

Every Dubai property purchase pays a 4% registration fee to the Dubai Land Department, on off-plan and ready homes alike. Some developers run promotions that absorb part of it.

Off-plan timing

On an off-plan purchase the capital goes in over the payment plan and rent starts after handover. Use the cash flow calculator to see what you pay and when.

What we check for you

Current service charge rates, realistic rents for the exact unit type and the developer's handover record, so the figures you plan with are the ones you will see.
