About Riverside Views
DAMAC Riverside Views is the apartment phase of DAMAC Riverside in Dubai Investment Park, Dubai, with mid-rise towers positioned on either side of the river. The documents place it 10 minutes from Dubai Investment Park, 11 minutes from Sports City, Motor City and DAMAC Hills, 12 minutes from the Expo 2020 venue and 15 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport.
The master plan is divided into eight clusters named after blue hues: Teal, Azure, Marine, Indigo, Pacific, Royal, Capri and Sky. Buildings are G+2P+8, G+3P+7 or G+3P+14 towers; the masterplan document lists, for example, Azure 1 with 726 units across five towers and Marine 1 with 358 units across two towers. Apartments are one- and two-bedroom (floor plan types 1BR A to K and 2BR A to C); individual unit sizes are not printed in the text.
