The Acres Estates

The Acres Estates is the large-villa district of Meraas's The Acres community in Dubailand, Dubai, set in its own clusters (K, L, M, N, O, P, Q and X in the February 2025 release) each with an internal park; the earlier release (clusters R to W) stated that 75 percent of villas overlook one of the gardens. The February 2025 briefing lists 102 villas in the Estates release.

Villas come in two design collections, Ivory and Amber, across six types: 5-bedroom G+1 (Type H about 6,913 sq ft on about 11,800 sq ft plots; Type G about 7,397 sq ft on about 9,200 sq ft plots), 6-bedroom G+1 (Type J about 7,747 sq ft; Type I about 7,938 sq ft on plots up to about 14,328 sq ft) and 7-bedroom G+2 (Type K about 10,748 sq ft; Type L about 11,090 sq ft on about 17,750 sq ft plots). The community shares The Acres' lagoons, Halo Loop Park, clubhouses, school, clinic, mosque and retail.
