District One Naya Residences is a new phase of three residential towers (Naya 4, Naya 5 and Naya 6) in District One, Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, Dubai. The towers stand on a 24,000 sq m gated site beside the community's temperature-controlled crystal lagoon, and the brochure states that 60 percent of the community is open, landscaped space.
The collection offers 1 to 4-bedroom apartments (select 2-bedroom layouts include a maid's room), a 5-bedroom duplex penthouse with a private pool, and 3-bedroom lagoon villas at ground level. Total unit areas start at about 761 sq ft for a 1-bedroom; lagoon villas are about 3,745 sq ft and the penthouse about 8,588 sq ft. The brochure places the project 2 minutes from Meydan Racecourse, 10 minutes from Downtown Dubai and 20 minutes from DXB airport.
